Data Deletion Instructions

Use this page to request deletion of Addam account, workspace, campaign, uploaded media, and Meta connection data associated with your verified account.

How To Request Deletion

1Email support@addamanth.com from the email address connected to your Addam account.
2Use the subject line "Addam data deletion request".
3Include your workspace name and, if the request relates to Meta, include the Meta account, Page, or Instagram account involved.
4If you can still access Addam, disconnect Meta from Social Connections before sending the request.
5Addam will verify ownership and process eligible deletion requests, usually within 30 days.

Data Covered By A Verified Request

Account profile records and authentication-linked Addam profile data.
Workspace content, campaigns, scheduled posts, uploaded media records, and publishing queue items owned by the workspace.
Meta connection records, granted scope records, and stored integration secrets connected to the verified account or workspace.
Generated content drafts and local campaign records managed by Addam.

Records That May Be Retained

Addam may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup integrity. Retained records are limited to the purpose that requires retention.
