Information Addam Collects

Account details such as your name, email address, authentication identifiers, and workspace membership.
Workspace content you choose to provide, including campaign names, generated captions, scheduled posts, uploaded media, and publishing queue records.
Connected platform information when you authorize an integration, such as Meta account identifiers, page or profile identifiers, granted permission scopes, and connection status.
Operational records such as product usage events, error logs, device/browser metadata, and security records needed to run and protect the service.

To provide the Addam workspace, campaign generation, scheduling, queue, calendar, and integration features you request.
To maintain authentication, workspace access, security controls, troubleshooting, and customer support.
To generate campaign content through configured AI providers only when you ask Addam to generate content.
To connect with Meta services only after you authorize the connection and only for the permissions granted to the Addam app.

Addam may use trusted infrastructure and product providers, including Firebase/Google Cloud for authentication, database, storage, and hosting infrastructure.
Addam may use OpenAI or similar AI providers to generate content from prompts and media context you provide.
Addam may exchange information with Meta only when you connect Meta accounts or use Meta-related workflows.

Addam keeps workspace and campaign data while your account or workspace is active, unless deletion is requested or retention is required for security, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.
You can request deletion of account, workspace, campaign, uploaded media, and Meta connection data by following the instructions on the data deletion page.
Deletion requests are reviewed for ownership and processed within a reasonable period, usually within 30 days.

Addam uses authenticated access controls, workspace authorization checks, and encrypted service infrastructure where supported by the underlying provider.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but Addam limits access to data needed to operate and support the product.
